The Space

Entrada 611 occupies a corner end-unit position in the Entrada at Moab community on 470 North. As a corner end-unit, it benefits from side windows that interior units don't have — the result is a main floor that stays bright and open with natural light throughout the day. The east-facing orientation means morning light floods the living area first thing, which in Moab means the day starts with the kind of light that makes photographers stop walking.
The open-concept layout flows from a fully equipped kitchen through a dining area that seats eight at the table plus four at the island bar, into a spacious living room anchored by full-grain leather sofas. The leather sectional includes a queen sleeper sofa — additional sleeping that disappears entirely when not in use, leaving the living room feeling like exactly that.
The Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, baking dishes, cutting boards, plates, bowls, glasses, and everything else needed to prepare a full meal for the group — right down to the dish soap, dishwasher pods, and serving utensils.
The large center island with granite countertop seats four and is usually where the group gathers in the morning before heading out for the day. The island also has an integrated USB-C charging port built into the side — the same clean, no-adapter-needed setup you'll find at every bedside in the house.
The Bedrooms

Entrada 611 sleeps up to 13 guests across four bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and a rollaway twin bed — making it one of the most capable properties in the Entrada at Moab community for larger groups and families.
The master suite occupies its own wing of the upper floor with direct access to a private en suite bathroom featuring a deep jetted soaking tub — a premium upgrade selected during the original build — along with a large walk-in glass shower with porcelain tile surround and built-in bench, and a double vanity with granite countertop and dark walnut cabinetry. A tufted bench at the foot of the king bed adds a hotel-quality finishing touch. After a day on the Slickrock Trail or in Canyonlands, this is exactly where you want to end up.
Both sides of the king bed have outlets with integrated USB and USB-C fast-charging ports — a feature added at the owner's request during the build to solve the universal vacation rental frustration of hunting for somewhere to charge your phone without unplugging a lamp. All bedrooms have integrated USB or USB-C charging ports at the bedside — configurations vary by room but every guest has convenient charging without adapter clutter.
The second bedroom features two twin beds with upholstered headboards, quality bedding, a large dresser with TV, and direct access to the shared upstairs bathroom.
The third bedroom is a queen suite with something most vacation rental bedrooms don't have — a private outdoor balcony. Step outside to a small table and two chairs facing east, and you have your own morning coffee spot with the Moab sky waking up in front of you. No sharing the hallway, no waiting for anyone else. Just you and the desert morning.
The fourth bedroom is the bunk room — two sets of bunk beds sleeping four, with a TV and dresser. It's a straightforward, well-equipped space that works equally well for kids on a family trip or adults on a group adventure who need a comfortable place to sleep after a long day on the trails.

Entrada 611 has a dedicated children's hideout tucked beneath the stairs — directly off the main living area, so parents can keep an ear out from the kitchen or sofa while the kids are completely absorbed in their own world just steps away.
The floor is covered with a city road map play rug, the kind kids drive their Matchbox cars on for hours. The wall displays a mounted Matchbox car collection alongside a bin of wooden blocks.
The wall reads "Adventure Awaits" — painted above mountain and tree silhouette art that sets the tone perfectly for a Moab adventure. There's a wall-mounted remote control for the LED strip lighting — kids can change the colors, set them to pulse or blink, and fully customize their hideout atmosphere. Add a dedicated wall-mounted TV and bean bag seating, and this space tends to become the most fought-over room in the house.

The Garage

The two-car garage is one of the most practical features of this property for the Moab traveler. Six cruiser bikes with helmets are included at no extra charge — downtown Moab is less than a mile away and easily reachable without a car.
The garage also includes a floor pump, a mounted bike repair stand with basic tools for guests bringing their own bikes, a cornhole set, and a Gorilla Cart for hauling gear.
For guests arriving with high-value Jeeps, off-road vehicles, or mountain bikes, secure covered parking is available right at your front door. Motion-sensing lights activate automatically inside the garage so you're never fumbling in the dark

A full-size front-loading washer and dryer are located on the upper floor — not a stacked combo, not a shared facility. Laundry detergent and an ironing board are provided. For families and adventure travelers spending multiple days on dusty trails, this is one of those amenities that goes from convenient to essential by day three.

The seasonal community pool and year-round hot tub are just steps from the property. The pool is full-size with a shaded pergola area and lounge seating on the deck, and the hot tub operates year-round — a particular favorite after cold-weather hikes in Arches.
The back patio — accessible directly from the dining room through a sliding glass door — features a gas grill and outdoor dining table with seating, just steps from the pool.
The exterior lights come on automatically at sundown and stay on until 11pm — if you're coming back late from dinner or a night hike, the property is lit and welcoming when you arrive.

When these units were built in 2018, the owner regularly visited the job site — not to swing a hammer, but paying the kind of attention that only someone who actually stays in vacation rentals would pay.
The four-outlet charging stations positioned at bedside height, the TV outlets placed behind the sets so no wires hang visible, the USB-C ports within reach from every bed — these and many other creature comfort details, most of which you won't find in any other Entrada townhome, came from conversations with the contractors on site. Safety, House Rules, and Cancellation Policy...
Entrada 611 is equipped with flashlights, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, dead bolt lock, and timed auto outdoor lighting for your safety.
No smoking, pets, loud music, or parties are allowed. You must be 21 years old to book.
Cancellations up to five days prior to stay are eligible for refunds of 95% of booking fee. There are no refunds for partial stays, or weather-related cancellations.
Check-in time is 4 pm / Check-out time is 10 am
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement. The rental agreement must be signed before receiving check in info and entering the property.
