There is nothing like a great cup of hot coffee to start the day. We provide both a Keurig (with a full carousel of pods) and a traditional drip machine so your morning starts exactly how you like it….And, by-the-way, the upstairs patio is a great place to sip hot coffee and watch the sunrise!

We've stocked this kitchen with everything from dish pods, dish towels, paper towels, and trash bags. You'll find a full spice rack and a full caoursel of coffee pods. We have also included all the little things that make a difference, such as aluminium fiol, plastic wrap, and sandwich bags. Our goal is to leave you with everything you need in the kitchen so you may enjoy your stay without having to run to the store. We know what it's like. We have stayed at many overnight rentals - we want you to experience a "perfect" stay with us!

We designed this 'secret' playroom specifically for kids to have their own space. It has a dedicated TV, bean bags, and even a Matchbox car collection. We’ve had many kids skip the beds and spend the night right here in their sleeping bags.

This view is exactly why we love this specific location. You can look right out at the glowing red rock cliffs from the dinner table. Since this townhome, Entrada 417, faces away from other buildings, lots of sun streams in making the dining area and the entire downstairs pleasant and bright.

Ther is a full walk-in shower on the main floor, so if you have a full house, nobody needs to wait for a shower.

This is the 'secret' part of the kid's get-away — The Matchbox car collection. It’s a hit with the little ones, and many choose to bring their sleeping bags down here to spend the night in their own private hideout.

We made sure the kitchen was fully equipped for real cooking, with plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar for extra seating. It is usually where the group gathers in the morning for coffee before heading out for the day.

As you head upstairs, take a look at the Milky Way shot on the landing. It’s one of my favorite local captures and a reminder of the incredible dark skies we have here in Moab.

We wanted the living area to feel like a true retreat. It’s an uncluttered spot to recharge. By the way - the image on the TV is Potash Road - where you'll find petroglyphs, rock climbing, the hike to Corona Arch, and lots of other things waiting for your discovery!

Our under-stairs conversion is where many of our younger guests call their favorite part of the house - a secret hideout just for them! Complete with their own TV, bean bag chairs, books, and matchbox cars. If you can't find your kids around the house - there's a good chance you'll find them here!

Being an end unit means this entire social space is flooded with natural light from the side windows. It’s an open, airy layout where the group can drift easily between the sofas and the dining table. The image you see on the TV is sunrise at Mesa Arch in Canyonlands. For those in the group who are early morning adventurers, this is worth getting up for.
