We wanted the living area to feel like a true retreat. It’s an uncluttered spot to recharge. By the way - the image on the TV is Potash Road - where you'll find petroglyphs, rock climbing, the hike to Corona Arch, and lots of other things waiting for your discovery!
Being an end unit means this entire social space is flooded with natural light from the side windows. It’s an open, airy layout where the group can drift easily between the sofas and the dining table. The image you see on the TV is sunrise at Mesa Arch in Canyonlands. For those in the group who are early morning adventurers, this is worth getting up for.
We chose the furnishings to feel both modern and comfortable—a place where you can actually relax. The layout is designed to keep everyone connected, whether you're catching a movie or just hanging out after a day on the trails.
As a corner townhome, 417 offers a bit more breathing room and some of the best views in the complex. You can see the upper balcony here—that's the "Sunrise Sanctuary" we have at the end of the upstairs hallway.
The dining area is one of our favorite spots—not just because it fits the whole group, but because you can look right out at the red rock cliffs while you eat.
This view is exactly why we love this specific location. You can look right out at the glowing red rock cliffs from the dinner table. Since this townhome, Entrada 417, faces away from other buildings, lots of sun streams in making the dining area and the entire downstairs pleasant and bright.
Because we’re in an end unit, the natural light hits the kitchen island perfectly throughout the day. It’s a bright, open social hub where everyone tends to gather while they’re getting ready for the day.
We want you to feel at home the moment you arrive. We always leave out a guest book and some of my favorite local tips to help you make the most of your Moab adventure.
We love the open flow of this level. Whether you are prepping a meal at the island or gathering at the table, the space feels bright and connected thanks to the extra end-unit windows. The sliding glass door leads to your private patio and grill.
A clean kitchen layout. Note the carousel of pods for the Keurig. We also have a drip coffee maker available - so, no matter what your choice, everybody can be awake and happy in the morning!
We picked these deep leather sofas specifically so the whole group would have a comfortable place to sink in and trade stories after a day in the parks. It's the ultimate recovery zone for the group.
We made sure to include plenty of pantry space so you can stock up on groceries for the week and keep everything organized during your Moab stay. It's essential for a frictionless long-term visit.
Our under-stairs conversion is where many of our younger guests call their favorite part of the house - a secret hideout just for them! Complete with their own TV, bean bag chairs, books, and matchbox cars. If you can't find your kids around the house - there's a good chance you'll find them here!
We designed this 'secret' playroom specifically for kids to have their own space. It has a dedicated TV, bean bags, and even a Matchbox car collection. We’ve had many kids skip the beds and spend the night right here in their sleeping bags.
This is the 'secret' part of the kid's get-away — The Matchbox car collection. It’s a hit with the little ones, and many choose to bring their sleeping bags down here to spend the night in their own private hideout.
The dining area is the heart of the home, situated so the whole group can stay connected while meals are prepped. Because this is an end unit, the extra side windows keep the whole space feeling bright and expansive.
We wanted this to be a 'cook’s kitchen,' so it’s fully stocked with a real spice rack and professional tools. You won’t have to worry about buying basic supplies just to make one meal.
There is nothing like a great cup of hot coffee to start the day. We provide both a Keurig (with a full carousel of pods) and a traditional drip machine so your morning starts exactly how you like it….And, by-the-way, the upstairs patio is a great place to sip hot coffee and watch the sunrise!
We've stocked this kitchen with everything from dish pods, dish towels, paper towels, and trash bags. You'll find a full spice rack and a full caoursel of coffee pods. We have also included all the little things that make a difference, such as aluminium fiol, plastic wrap, and sandwich bags. Our goal is to leave you with everything you need in the kitchen so you may enjoy your stay without having to run to the store. We know what it's like. We have stayed at many overnight rentals - we want you to experience a "perfect" stay with us!
We made sure the kitchen was fully equipped for real cooking, with plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar for extra seating. It is usually where the group gathers in the morning for coffee before heading out for the day.
We always make sure the kitchen is stocked with the essentials—from dishwasher pods and extra paper towels to foil and sandwich bags for your park lunches. It’s all about a frictionless stay.
Ther is a full walk-in shower on the main floor, so if you have a full house, nobody needs to wait for a shower.
As you head upstairs, take a look at the Milky Way shot on the landing. It’s one of my favorite local captures and a reminder of the incredible dark skies we have here in Moab.
Waking up to a view of the red rocks is the best way to start a Moab morning. We’ve made sure the room is tech-ready with a smart TV and dedicated fast-charging USB-C stations on both sides of the bed.
We know, from experience, how frustrating it is to hunt for a plug, so we installed fourplex outlets and dual USB/USB-C ports on both sides of the bed. You can charge all your gear overnight without ever having to unplug a lamp.
We designed the spacious master suite to be a true recovery zone. After a long day of exploring, you can sink into the king bed or relax in the seating area.
We added this seating area as a quiet place to decompress or catch up on some reading. The art on the walls is inspired by the same golden-hour light you’ll see hitting the cliffs right outside.
We wanted the master ensuite to feel like a private spa. In this unit, we have even more space to stretch out, and the large double vanity ensures the group has plenty of room to get ready for the day.
Both of our townhomes (Entrada 417 and Entrada 611) include a deep jetted tub. It’s the ultimate place to soak trail-tired muscles while looking out at the Moab sky after a day of adventuring.
After a dusty day on the White Rim or in Arches, this walk-in shower is exactly what you need. It’s built with modern tile and a convenient bench to help you rinse off and recharge.
We’ve made sure our closets are more than just storage. You'll find extra roll-away beds, a Pack 'n Play, extra blankets, and plenty of hangers here, so we can easily adapt the home to your group's, or family’s specific needs.
This patio is at the end of the upstairs hallway, making it a quiet, shared space for everyone to enjoy. It’s a favorite spot to sit with a morning coffee and watch the sunrise over The La Sal Mountains before the rest of town wakes up.
Even in the smaller rooms, the 'Basecamp Tech' is standard. We've installed the same integrated USB and USB-C fast-charging outlets here so everyone can keep their gear ready for the next day's trail without the clutter of extra adapters.
We’ve turned the Smart TVs into a digital gallery for my own photography. The double rainbow you see on the TV screen was captured near Torrey—the gateway to Capitol Reef National Park. It’s a scenic 3-hour drive from here, making our townhome a perfect central hub for those exploring the full Utah Grand Circle.
Like all our bedrooms, this one is built for recovery. We’ve installed wall outlets with integrated USB and USB-C fast-charging ports right by the bed so you can keep your devices ready for the trails without the cable clutter.
We wanted to make sure the second bedroom felt just as luxurious as the master. It’s a full king suite with its own smart TV and plenty of light, providing a high-end retreat for everyone in your group…And for the early risers in your group, that's Mesa Arch in Canyonlands on the TV screen - A great place to watch the sunrise!
After a long day of biking or hiking, a good shower is everything. We use high-capacity, salon-quality Paya dispensers so you never have to deal with those tiny, wasteful hotel-style bottles.
A double vanity for this shared bathroom ensures that two people can get ready for a sunrise hike at the same time. You’ll also notice the built-in night lights in the outlets—a clean, integrated way to navigate the house after dark.
This is where our Fiber connection really shines. With 300-400 Mbps, you can run video calls or upload trail footage while the rest of the group streams 4K movies in the other rooms. No bandwidth lag here.
We tucked this workspace into the landing so you have a quiet spot to plug in. The Milky Way photo you see was taken at around 3:00 AM. It is just below Moki Dugway right outside of Valley of the Gods - a great day trip form Moab.
This private patio opens directly off the dining area, making it the perfect spot for a post-trail BBQ. It’s fenced for privacy, so you can enjoy a quiet dinner under the stars right at home.
This outdoor patio is at the end of the upstairs hallway. This is a favorite location for early risers to enjoy the quiet of the morning while sipping their morning coffee and watching the sunrise.
From this angle, you can really see some of the red rock Moab background. Being a corner unit means more natural light and a more private feel while still being less than a mile away from the heart of downtown Moab.
This overhead view shows exactly how close we are to the action - The back sliding glass door to Entrada 417 is just to the right of this picture. Having the pool as your "backyard neighbor" gives you resort-style convenience with the privacy of a stand-alone home.
You will love the shaded pergola by the pool. It’s a nice spot to escape the Utah sun for a bit while still being able to watch the kids splash around or just enjoy the breeze.
Secure storage is essential when bringing high-end bikes, Jeeps, or ATVs to the red rocks. This oversized two-car garage provides a safe place for your gear and doubles as a social space with cruiser bikes ready for a ride to downtown Moab, located under a mile away.
We know that desert adventures can be dusty, so a high-efficiency laundry room was a priority to keep your gear fresh. Having a full-sized washer and dryer on-site means you can pack light and stay ready for the trails. Laundry detergent provided. Iron, ironing board, and hand-held steamer also included.
